Alex Takacs - Producer

Alex Takacs is a Food and Beverage professional. He has been in the Hospitality Industry for over twenty years. He studied in Italy, Hungary and Canada. He got his training in Montreal, Quebec in a fine dining Italian Restaurant called Lanterna Verde situated in the West Island town of Pointe Claire.

Today Alex lives in Winnipeg, Manitoba where he has made this training video with the cooperation of local high end Restaurants, Wine Bars and Specialty Food Stores and with the help of De Luca's Fine Wines.

Since 2001 several Restaurants, Hotels and Libraries have acquired this training video and it has helped small business owners to train their employees.

As of 2008, The Art of Serving Fine Wine video was revised and re-edited for a more user-friendly viewing and training experience.
